Become a Facilitator

Facilitators are at the heart of this global experience. You won’t be teaching, your role is to host, guide, and create a space where real conversations can happen.

You’ll spend time with delegates at a venue of your choice in your city (often a restaurant, café, co-working space or online via zoom), help keep the discussion on track, and bring a light, engaging energy. Think less lecturer, more good host at a purposeful dinner party.

What You’ll Do

• Host a space for meaningful, insightful conversation.
• Guide delegates through the day’s theme using the provided discussion materials.
• Share your voice in a short 30-minute interpretation of the theme your take, your story, your perspective.
• Keep it human light, fun, and open.

What You’ll Get

• A full Facilitator Toolkit (agenda, prompts, checklists, everything you need).
• Access to free onboarding sessions to help you feel confident and supported.
• Ongoing support from our team so you're never doing it alone.
• Support in finding a venue.
• A stipend of USD 300 per session. Host as many as you like.
• Refreshments/meals at the venue.
• Accreditation as a facilitator.
• A unique opportunity to connect with your local community, grow your network, and be part of a global movement.
• Priority for opportunities to host ongoing events.

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a teacher. You don’t need credentials.
What you do need is:

• A clear passion for community.
• A love of learning (and seeing others learn).
• Enough life experience to share anecdotes to help illustrate key ideas.
• The ability to listen, laugh, and keep things flowing.
• A readiness to host something meaningful.
• A desire to build a better future one conversation at a time.
